Hot Attack



This work out was designed to be only 12 minutes wrong. I did it once and I was exhausted. I did it again just to push myself. What I got as a result was muscles shaking and being incapable of moving [after I finished it twice over]. I laid down for a good twenty minutes before I could function again. This was awesome but I hope I can move well tomorrow because I have ballroom dance practice!
